1. The rooms were out of date and looked nothing like how they looked online.

3. dated beds that are not as comfortable as other 3-4 star hotels and some of the staff were rude.

4. I may be dwelling a bit much on the negative though because we have stayed at other Disneyland hotels, and this, to date, has been our most comfortable stay, and cleanest room.
