Very nice location for biz travelers n area, lots of competition next door, convenient Dunkin Donuts location nearby for busy breakfast, lunch grab-n-go people like me, construction on roads makes it difficult to find, legendary Yankee reserve makes it difficult to get clear directions, staff at hotel friendly but could be more pro-active in giving help for newcomers.
