1. The only problem I found was that either the cleaning service did not vacuum the floor or the vacuum was broken because there seemed to be quite a few long black hairs all over the floor of our room.

10. I understand the pool had a problem and wasn't able to be used but was regretful that there was no compensation for the inconvenience.
