1. The only problem I had at the hotel was gettin info from a desk clerk that was on her cell phone talking,when I called the desk 6 times for info on pizza place.

3. The only problems are the train that goes by pretty often and it seemed like not very much (restaurants and stores) were open later at night around the hotel.
