1. This hotel is owful, the food is very low quality, the rooms are old and low maintenance, they gave me the worst hotel room they have under the street level, it smells as my grandma house.

2. Missed a shuttle because they told us to go have breakfast while we waited, and we ended up spending $30 on the worst breakfast (cold, bad food) ever, with a waitress who was too busy gossiping to get our check to us so we could pay and make the shuttle.
