1. It's a bit dated and the continual renovations were a bit of a headache, but the staff and facilities were very nice.

2. Staff were super friendly and helpful, location was just perfect (about 10mins walk from the start of the Freedom Trail, a pleasant stroll to start the day) and the rooms were spotless and plush (although the shower looked a bit dated).
