1. Itemized complaints:- Bed bugs: had to request room to be sprayed after conspicuous itching after 1st two nights.

2. The only issue we had that even came close to a complaint was the racket that the radiator made randomly throughout the night - but we were expecting that from reading previous reviews and it certainly didn't ruin the trip.
