Room needed maintenance, smelled ""stale"", bathroom door didn't shut, hair dryer didn't work, remote didn't work half the time, towels are like sandpaper, sink didn't drain, other guests were outside partying all night and kept us up-staff did nothing to stop them, not enough parking-people were parked on the sidewalks and blocking other people in.

2. This place is not only a dump, the staff are rude, they advertise in room coffee, iron and ironing boards, these things are non exsistent,the super start breakfast is old stale bagels and bread, the rooms are diisgusting and the staff are rude, to the point of telling you if you dont stay in your room and be quiet they will call the police and have you removed.
