4. Our toilet overflowed, the vent in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling, the shower curtain smelled of mildew, ice maker was broken on our floor, and we ran out of toilet paper because it was not replenished after the first nights stay.

BAD: Our toilet overflowed, the vent in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling, the shower curtain smelled like mildew, ice maker on our fllor was broken, and we ran out of toilet paper (because it wasn't refilled after the first night) Good: Pool was nice, service was fast and friendly, hotel was convenient to I85, no parking fees, beds were very comfy, bathroom freebies were good brand.
