1. (it's like $15 per night) and b/c we drove an SUV we couldn't park in the garage right there at the hotel, we had to park around the corner in another parking garage, which made it kinda hard to load and unload our luggage (a lot of construction was going on outside as well).

2. If your car is larger than a model T you may have a hard time entering the parking garage without scrapping your paint off.

3. Like I mentioned, it was raining, hard, and yes, there were minor leaks in the underground parking structure here, a bit of soaked carpet six inches inside the room there, but this was not a problem for me at all.
