Good: Nice staff (when you can find em), decent breakfast (too small a seating area), AC worked good, walking distance to stuff (if you don't get lost and panhandled)Bad: Questionable neighborhood as 3 cars were broken into in the paid lot they use and the Lot tried to scam more $ for parking with validated ticket.
