2. The decor is older, needing a fresh, updated look, the hallways were a bit dirty (granted the parking lot was full of dead leaves that kept getting blown in), there were cracking in the walls, molding and just an over-all dingy appearance.

3. No air conditioner in the elevators or in the hallways beyond the 1st floor, bathroom was discusstingly dirty and the matress was so old till it had a sink hole in the middle.
