2. I have two complaints: no one offered to help us with our bags to the room and our room was not vacumm on the 2nd day (although it needed it).

3. My only complaints were that housekeeping did not vacuum when they made up the room daily, and the pool needed to be cleaned and it appeared to need chlorine, also.
