2. Potential issue is that the center of the hotel is a great open space with all rooms around up to the ceiling and it could be noisy when they run conferences, presentations and the like in this space, but I have never experienced late meetings.

4. The atrium / lobby is very large and expansive; however, most rooms are exposed to the atrium which has a tendency to get a bit noisy.
