1. You can tell some features have not been upgraded yet (chipped cultured marble countertops, older bathroom and hallway doors that have been touched up with paint but not replaced), but based on the condition of the hotel, I'm sure these will be addressed in time.

2. The other item is there was a chip in the ceiling over the tub.
