1. The one serious problem I had that keeps me from giving this an 'excellent' rating was that the walls were paper thin.

4. They ended up giving us late check out until 5pm free of charge and said that if we needed longer then it wouldnt be a problem.

7. The bar in the room was not operational the whole time we were there, after numorous attempts to the Hotel to render this problem it was never taken care of.

8. The problem was that we were woken up very early by loud construction noise coming from inside the hotel- hardly romantic.

9. The second problem was with the valet who happened to be female did not load the luggage into the car stating that only the doorman could do that.
