The walls were well insulated; even though we were between I-75 and a busy downtown street, we were not disturbed by
noise

At about 1:30am they call my room saying there were complaints about
noise
and they are going to charge the room for $35, no option to contest the fact that I made no
noise
at all, and no warning.
