1. Aside from the glass, these were our complaints: The 'blackout curtains' were more like Swiss Cheese curtains - as if someone had torn holes in the blackout portion, and this was disturbing to our sleep in an otherwise comfortable, clean bedroom.

6. My only complaint was that for such a high-caliber hotel they should really offer free high-speed internet instead of charging $9.

7. I called the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman I originally lodged the complaint with and maintenance was in my room less than 5 minutes later.

8. My only complaint is one time we brought our kids and there were a lot of bugs in the pool and my 7 year old did not want to get in, but the next time we came it was clean.
