report and said it was their fault and they would take care of it.

report because 'that's not the way it works and it needs to be sent to their insurance company'.

Upon closer inspection I noticed

When reporting the
damage
to the clerk at the front desk she was very condescending and had to make her get a manager.

Parking was easy but I sorta laughed at the signs stating that parking was at our own risk and stolen/

d vehicles aren't the hotel's problem.
