2. We had some issues with billing (charges for valet parking for 3 nights, when there was actually only 1).

3. Overall great experience parking is the only issue before when I stayed here an event had take up all the parking and instead of letting me park in the valet parking area they told me to park next door at an office building also if you don't get back to your room early enough the parking is terraced and your at the bottom of the hill.

5. I had to call maintenance to flip the breaker for the AC, but they were very fast to respond, so that was basically a non issue.
