3. The fact that we reported our concerns to Hilton Honors Customer Service and to date have not heard from anyone is comparatively disappointing as the Hilton chain is my preferred Hotel.

7. I was disappointed to learn that breakfast was not available for room service delivery as my work on Saturday was after noon and I would have liked to have had a slow morning watching Tv and eating breakfast while getting ready for my day.
