2. Guest room areas are segregated between smoking & non-smoking, and I could smell no residual tobacco odor in any of the common areas of the building.

3. Room had a strange odor, staffing failed to clean the room my first night during my stay, room was not cleaned when first arrived, snow foot prints were left on floor, soap bar was left unwrapped in bathroom.
