1. The daily 6am nearby diesel truck delivery noise, dirty hallways, chintzy free breakfast, ackward parking entrance and occasional cockroach were the bad points.

2. The only problem with the hotel (and I mean the ONLY problem) was that it smelled pretty darn bad in the corridors, as if people relieved themselves and nobody ever cleaned.

The hotel was clean, very convinient to main roads, they transported us right to the metro and picked us up without a lot of walking, the staff were very helpful, the only thing bad would be they need to have a better selection of breakfast, and need to clean the pool more, other wise it was fine and I would stay there again.

The service is terrible due to understaffing (the few staff members around are smart and courteous), the rooms are not well maintained, the internet is non-functional, I found several womens' hairs in my supposedly clean towels (I had no female guests), and the overall experience of this hotel was bad.
