1. I was concerned that I might have problems sleeping because there were four rooms across from mine that had many yelling children but I did not hear a thing.

4. We waited a few minutes to see if it would stop and it didn't so I called the desk and asked if someone could take a walk through our hall to address the problem.

5. All that being said, we recently stayed at the hotel this past long weekend (for Canada) and was a bit disappointed, we stayed for 3 nights and after night 2, whoever was working the front desk had checked us out even though we had 1 more night left, which didn't cause issues with our room, however it did cause problems with my credit card with all the authorizing, charging, refunding and authorizing and charging again I lost a lot of space on my card, and being away on a shopping weekend I was not amused.

7. Obviously they were aware of the problem and also tuned into the fact that some people won't complain to them but may write an unflattering review instead.
