I had was with the front desk when they changed my room request and then blamed me (Gave me the "who did you speak to" act).

with the first room so the desk supervisor gave us an upgrade and came up to the room after we were settled to see if everything was satisfactory.

getting wireless in my room (too late in evening to be fixed that night) I informed the front desk and I was able to access the wireless the next day.
