1. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the staff was polite, even allowing extra pillows but we were still disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the waterpark.

5. It is almost criminal that the hotel promotes itself in this way, as our children had expected a lot more (which is surely what the Ramada marketing intends), and were disappointed and upset.

For the price its a dump the shower stall and tub leaked water due to cracked caulking most likely mold below the tub ,the television was an antique , I would advise some serious overhauling be done before I stay there again what a joke hopefully the rest of there hotel chain is not such a disappointment , the water facility and food are a small amenity and the room was clean but I wouldn't recomend it.
