The service is
slow
, but pleasant, except for Mike who goes above and beyond, he, the comforter and the cookies made this place bearable; I did change hotels and the staff at the Radisson is quite responsive in comparison.

The staff was unapologetic,
slow
to change rooms (2 hours with me calling and pushing them) but did pay for drycleaning.
