7. How can you put a married couple in a room with 2 double beds? On top of that, they put us on the 2nd floor, which was right above the location of the loud band.

9. Why would any hotel hire a band to play until midnight, especially given that it was an airport hotel and people are just "passing through"? If I wanted to go out to a loud club, I would have.
