5. In the end I would not stay here again because of the lack of follow through with the turn down service, the poor judgment used when putting such a terrible bed in such a nice room, and the sheer randomness that led to there being a "kitchenette" with two refrigerators, a sink, and a coffee pot but nothing to warm food with.
