1. the sheets and pillows had lots of stains, room smelled like bleach and had to air out room, gift shop closed early and nearest place to get snacks was 15 mins away, and had to pay a outragous parking fee.

2. What really got on my nerves was the outrageous charge for the parking garage, which is not even connected to the hotel (you need to walk across the courtyard).
