2. We took the Riverwalk to La Vallita two nights and didn't have a single problem getting there - the square where this event was held was packed, though.

3. I think the only problems we had were reception staff forgetting on three occasions to order a taxi and the bad attitude of kitchen/breakfast staff.

4. The front desk gives you the phone number of the ISP tech support , so, it is quite clear that it is not their problem.

5. Biggest problem was that it took a good 15 minutes of walking on the Riverwalk from the hotel to get to ANYTHING on the Riverwalk.
