4. My only complaint would be that the bed was a little too firm for my taste (but my boyfriend loved it).

5. My only complaints are that there were some wrappers on the floor of our room that we had to pick up so our toddler wouldn't find them and put them in mouth and they charged us for a local phone call we made, even though there wasn't anything posted in our room saying that there was a charge for local calls.
