Having gone thru some

s at original check-in, I was able to meet 3 gentlemen at the counter that were all more than willing to work with me and get us what we needed at a cost that was much better than anticipated.

At first they told us despite the fact that we requested a non-smoking room in our reservation, they are

d on a first come, first serve basis, and they didn't have any left.
