5. It is unappealing to walk to your room and see dirty dishes with leftover food, drink glasses and other garbage in the hallway when I complained at the front desk they showed no concern.

7. Went back to front desk to complain and request another room-had to wait in line (1 other person in front of me) for at least 20 mins-their solution-another room with 2 queens-I asked for a comped meal or drinks since the reservation had been made 4 months prior-SORRY, all they were willing to do was give me a late check-out of 1pm instead of 11 am.
