2. -The next day they wanted to clean the room at 8am- even though we had the do not disturb sign up- another day they didn't come until early afternoon when we had returned to the hotel to hit the pool and insisted that they had to clean the room then or it wouldn't be cleaned- even though we had been out of the room up until noon.
