2. - noisy rooms : you can hear the neigbours and people in the hallway,- breakfast served only from 7am to 9am on weekdays,- reception is not very friendly,- quite expensive for what you get (although the entire Princeton area is a rip-off).

3. The creaking floors, noisy HVAC units, poorly kept overall room appearance might be ok for budget conscious convention/meeting, but not for the frequent business or vacation traveler in my opinion.

5. Given remote location, mediocre and sometimes indifferent service, and noisy rooms, you're better off getting the Doubletree, The Wyndahm, the Hyatt or even Hyatt Place.

8. We would have liked a room with opening windows (available) and the air-con unit was a bit noisy but this is only a very minor criticism of an otherwise well run and located property.
