3. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nice and relaxing with little noise from the freeway, (the fan probably masked it but it was a fairly quiet fan).

8. The hotel has a nice location on the river if you don't mind the noisy trains rumbling by at all hours, the grubby carpets, stained bed linens, cheap & dated decor, thin walls with noise from adjacent rooms, musty smell and inattentive front desk clerk.
