1. The only downsides to my stay were: a) Painfully slow Wi-Fi b) Small (standard 12-passenger) shuttle vans that are difficult for some adults to get in to and out of and c) the seedy part of town the shuttle vans must traverse to get visitors from the airport to the hotel and back.
