1. They couldn't find my reservation when I arrived and told me I didn't have one then later figured out that I did have one, again, no big deal but naturally my key didn't work in my door.

2. Roaches in our jacuzzi, not a big deal as they are a problem in AZ and I only had some ants on the counter inside but no roaches were inside the room itself during my stay.
