Once there and realizing that I was in the
wrong
wing no staff knew where the proper wing was (out of three).

Staff was attempting to be helpful but didn't seem to know the hotel layout as I was sent to the
wrong
wing after check in which involved trundling all my suitcases through the pool area.

So I guess, if you're going to stay here, just make sure that you don't do anything
wrong
, because no matter how the hotel staff deals with it, the manager will say all is your fault.
