1. There is a restaurant adjacent to it and the first night there must have been a party that filtered onto its outdoor area and it was very loud late at night.

2. The biggest problems were that we were on a corner room, which at times was loud, with people standing outside talking on the phone, at 6 AM.

3. First, the room we received was across from the pool and their were people a the pool being very loud, this continued until 1:00 am.

4. We only got a new bar of soap once during the week, and the bathroom door squeaked loudly even after I complained.

5. The only problems are that its in a more boring area of Scottsdale, with more shopping and things to do up the road, and some of the clientel can be quite noisy (we had particularly loud and drunk neihbors).
