1. My only problems seemed to be the mini-fridge (the door had a tendency to not want to open) and the in-room coffee pot (2 different pots with mismatched lids that didn't fit the pot which made it difficult for the coffee to drip.

3. The engineer came right up and fixed the problems in the new room but it was a huge hassle switching rooms at midnight.
