1. The beds are comfortable (can't stand a rock hard bed) and the hotel staff in Lake Mary are very very nice (for the most part).

3. The pool area is nice and the free breakfast is very good with make your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit, muffins, toast and bagels.
