1. Although the staff was friendly and courteous (they gave us a room discount when we informed them of the pile of public hair on the bathroom floor), it simply did not make up for the disgusting, dirty state of the room when we arrived.

6. second room was not very clean, tub had dirty marks in it, came back at 3pm and housekeeping was just getting ready to clean room, next day room didnt get serviced I just called around 4 pm to get clean towels.

7. Let me assure you there is nothing to worry about:One complaint I heard of often was that rooms were dirty/smelly.

8. I consider myself a reasonable person and don't get upset about occasional 'issues' but we had something every single day - dirty sinks/toilets upon our arrival, dirty sponges left on the floor of the bathroom, ratty towels with stains on them.
