1. Only complaints were ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order and the door to my room had a slight gap at the bottom in which allowed ants to enter the room.

3. My one and only complaint is that we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign up and they still came knocking at 8 am asking if we were checking out, which really got on my nerves.
