1. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable , with what seemed like expensive sheets which was a nice surprise .

2. My biggest complaint was that anytime a taxi was called it was a private car service that was more expensive than a regular taxi might have been.

After I finally arrived, everything about the hotel was just fine for my situation and needs: nice room, cooperative front desk with extra toothpaste and brush that I needed, chauffeur ride in the morning to Manhattan (though it was too expensive and I wish I would been advised about its cost and alternatives).
