1. When I complained the next morning (as we didn't actually crawl into bed after bathing the 5 kids until about 1 am), he said I should have complained within the first 30 minutes after getting there.

2. We then went down stairs to complain and get our money back (which we did) and heard another guest complaining about their room on the same floor, it had broken glass in the bathroom and had cut her child on the hip.
