3. Plumbing was issue in the room, comfort of bed was ok, but not great.

4. Overall the stay was excellent, however I had driven 300 miles with a 3 year old child and arrived at my scheduled time of 2pm and was not allowed to check in until 4:30 pm due to the fact that the hotel had staffing issues, I was never offered any type of compensation for my inconvience.
