1. Looking at the ceiling, I could see that it was previously patched, so this was an ongoing problem which the hotel's maintenance staff had not properly addressed.

4. We did have a problem with some accidental charges placed on our credit card by the hotel but they quickly worked to resolve the problem and I was satisfied.
