1. The only bad experience I had was that I booked the Romantic Package with champagne chilling on arrival and a complimentary breakfast - but the champagne wasn't there and I had to ask in the morning how the complimentary breakfast worked.

4. It would have been nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, as we arrived late and brought food and drink with, but had nowhere to keep it overnight so it went bad.
